Don’t really understand how they work as it just seems like putting a sticker behind an ear. I was sceptical but I tried it and it actually worked, I felt nicely sleepy after a while, drifted off pleasantly and stayed asleep.

quick delivery I do seem to be sleeping better I don't wake up much now at all so I would keep using these. I hace very bad allergies to a lot of patches but these don't cause me any rash or irritation.
