Easy to use. takes alot of batteries tho that's why I gave 4 stars. Just be careful turning anticlockwise as the knob comes off but easy to put back on. Just remember this grindes every time it's turned upside down. No on/off button

I love the look of these Mills. Take 6 AAA batteries each with I think too many x 12 for both. However they work great you just have to hold them up side down and salt/ pepper start coming. Don't have to press any button.
I recommend them and buy for my son too.
