I bought this but only the shower head came I thought it was the full set because of the picture of the product and I spend the same amount I would on the full set so can u send me the other parts

All 5 modes are perfect, the shower head is really good, only negative was that I had to lower the height of it as it doesn’t move down 90 degrees
