I had my items, the only item I could use was the dust plug, I tried the plug ins on my phone, but didn't fit, none of them fitted ,that is my reason for 2 stars .I have more plug ins, but can't use them.

Great product. Would be useful to supply multiple blockers rather than the 1 as this is easily lost. Also the pipe cleaners don’t fit in the speaker holes only the charger port.

The cleaning set works as advertised. It is however suited for use in a device that is regularly cleaned but is less effective on a device where grime has compacted in the chatging port and needs a hard edge to scrape. Still good value for money
