I never got my parcel, it shows it’s delivered and there is a picture of parcel hanging outside letter box, it was delivered out the main gate on a unsafe and within 5min parcel went missing, seller is directing me to Royal Mail, and Royal Mail is asking to contact sender, what nonsense is this.
