Fell apart after being used for a few weeks. No longer useable and no longer eligible for a refund. Complete waste of money

I very much like the bag but the shoulder strap thread was on the verge of being broken.. so I cannot use the shoulder strap which I intended to use it with however the bag is nice just a bit disappointed in the strap.

The bag is breaking where the long strap is connected so in unable to use that part anymore. I have only been using it for little over a week

The order process is terrible because I couldn’t see what colour I was ordering. I thought I was getting one with cherries on it yet the one that came is black and white leopard print. It is also a lot smaller than the size that was shown.
