Really gutted as I love this airer and have used a few times now but lastnight when I put a jumper on the rails the arm of the rail snapped. Which should not happen. Is there a replacement part that can be sent out please? Thanks

Great concept and I’m enjoying using it so far but I’m not sure how long it will last. Heavier clothing items weigh the airer down considerably which weakens its stability.

Looks ok did arrive with the bottom of it a little bit broken but had to glue it back on because I didn't want that hassle in getting touch with people for a replacement

Come broken tried to arrange for new part that was broken to be sent out, they said they had sent it but nothing ever turned up tried to contact again to see what was going on unfortunately they never got back to be me, now stuck with it as can't return anymore.
