Spandex type material and way more fitted at the bottom due to the material than shown in the photos

I’ll need to get it taken in since I have a much smaller waist. My chest fits nicely as I have a bigger chest proportion than my waist, I’m guessing this dress would fit a size 10 better and someone taller than 5’3. However quality is great! It’s worth me taking it to the seamstress for sure
