I've a larger chest & need a lot of support. I didn't hold my hope for this bra. It is soft, no padding, no adjustable straps. HOWEVER! I actually had some lift in it & doesn't look like a monoboob. It's really comfortable. I couldn't do high impact aerobics in it. But general dance and sports yes.
