Excellent quality, I'd previously ordered from another seller but they cancelled my order so I ordered from here. I'm gutted because I read it wrong and thought I was purchasing a pair of pillows and only 1 came 🙈 my fault. Seller is quick and even put a free chocolate goody in my parcel.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed at this product. It is by no means a John Lewis quality product. It is completely misold and I would like a refund. The product was illustrated with a photocopy of the JL brand on the advert. On the reserve of the product the original company label.

The description says pillows so didn’t see 1 item pkt, my fault. Seems great quality, as just arrived. Not sure why but had a chemical odour so on a long message heat tumble dry to air out manufacturing odour.
Great value and seems like it will be a comfortable sleep.
