Branch chain amino acids (BCAA) 2:1:1 tablets contain three of the 9 essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 4:1:1 ratio. these amino acids are considered to be essential amino acids as they cannot be synthesised in the body and therefore must be consumed through the diet.
