What an amazing product! Recieved today and couldn't wait to try it out! Took just over 10 mins to charge. When I have a hot water bottle I like them quite hot, so I was worried this wouldn't provide much heat. I was wrong! Really warm and toasty! Very impressed and would recommend!

This heated rechargeable heated neck and shoulder pad is great for my aching neck, it's amazingly effective.

Absolutely love this really helped with my neck, how ever it only lasted a week and the electrics have gone in it

This is fantastic for my neck pain. You have to make sure you shake it gently when charged so that it's all at the same temperature or one side is warmer than the other.

Great for my wife who has raynaud's disease very quick to get hot and stay hot for a few hours

Bought this for my mam for part of her Xmas , it's such a good idea as my mam has arthritis in her hands so can't unscrew a normal hot water bottle then seen this on my fyp and had to get one for her she's so pleased with it x

Excellent keeps heat for hours my kids steal it on me all the time

So easy to use once charged hot for along time I've even used it between calls when out in the community. The only negative is I thought it would be good for some of my clients but think it might be to hot.

Nice an tosty. The character arm is slighty awkward but does the job. Don't expect it be boiling off the charge. It seemed tepid at first but once on snd especially under covers it warms up nicely.

So much more convenient than a traditional hot water bottle. Just wish it stayed warm slightly longer.
