Omg its amazing! I suffer with osteoporosis the hump in my neck can become so sore. I have tried loads of neck messages in the past never able to get the deep pressure I need. I saw this and thought hey its free returns so ordered it and believe me it's so fantastic I'm ordering another one for mum.
