When I bought this item it was titles that it was the ring not size adjusters. The name of this item has been changed and ripped me off.

None fit me personally and I have three different fingers with three different rings that do not fit but maybe it would work for you. I they look like they would fit giant fingers. Despite their being multiple different sizes and thicknesses. They also would most certainly not be hidden.
