The customer service was really excellent and they sent me an alternative product free of charge after my original one arrived damaged. Cannot fault the service and the new product arrived intact and my cat Cleo uses it happily

I like these, I built them in half an hour it was so easy, just to clean out the old ones then set these up in the bathroom.
(I stacked them just to carry both my cats do not have a cat litter tower 😂)

This is my second purchase and although it seems a little flimsy it’s the best cat tray to clean and there is minimal odour. I have elderly cats so I had to snip the wee bits in the front door to allow the flap to work both ways. The minimal odour is the main selling point for me.

Good product and easy to build. The only downside is that the flap had a little stopper on it, so my cat could enter but would get stuck and not come out the top part. We fixed this by saw off the side stoppers so now the front flap opens both ways.

You get what you paid for. It’s cheaper than most uv litter trays so it’s not going to be of high quality but it’s good quality for a cheaper version. The top flap is very fiddly to fix on but a little patience and it will clip on. Other than that super cute colours.

As pictured, easy to set up and clean. Only problem was that the light stopped working after a week. Other than that, the cats loved it and had no problems using.

Very disappointed with this item. Front flap does not sit properly so there is a gap. Cat litter is still getting on the floor.
