Refunds and Processing Time
•After we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, as per TikTok Shop policies.
•Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund.
•Item should be returned to the premisses, within the 30 days return period in order to get full refund.
Exchanges
•TikTok Shop does not currently support direct exchanges. If you want a different size, colour, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please submit a return request via TikTok Shop within 7 days of delivery, providing photos for verification. You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
