When shoes arrived they looked lovely. I prayed the outside with spray protector. I have worn the shoes approximately 6 times with footsie socks and thee inside fur is a mess. Lumps of fur coming out and fur rolled into a ball. Am going to request a refund. Would not buy again. Kelley
