I have received and assembled the item. I love it. Step by step guide of assembling the chair is soo easy and the instructions were detailed enough. The quality is nice and very comfortable for my use.

The chair went together easily, good instructions and all tools provided. The bolts are all in lettered packaging to avoid confusion which was an added bonus. It was promptly delivered in a few days by Amazon shipping. This chair is so comfortable as well excellent for my back.

Assembly：Easy, This product is defective and the metal used is a weaker substantial
Material：Looks and feels good but is not well-structured it was received on Sunday and the metal is bending already.
Resulting in back and body pain,
I would have returned it but will be paying half of the money to buy as returned.
