Beautiful tongue bar, it's got a slightly sharp edge on the top ball that I can feel on the roof of my mouth, but I think it's because I've had a smooth ball for the past 5 years, so I'm not used to other textures, overall it's a lovely piece of jewellery and I would definitely recommend!
