Did not receive this product. I ordered 2 x boots but only received one. Took video as proof and sent to Tiktok and seller told me he sent both out together although I have evidence. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Won’t be ordering again. Very poor customer service. Not willing to help!

Awful seller. Extremely disappointed as the lady on live is lovely. I have placed 4 different orders and they have caused me issues on 2 separate occasions. First they didn’t post out 1 of my items, and on 2nd order they rejected my refund even though they received both parcels back! I have proof!
