Got my rug yesterday. It came vacuumed packed and seemed small. I opened it up and it was so soft and really fluffy. My cats love it already. Great value for money. Beautiful rug. Buying another one for my bedroom.

Had ordered and it came there was a picture with proof of delivery, even though it hadn’t even been delivered. Tracking website says it has been refused (which it hadn’t done) and it had been returned back to sender. Royal mail says i’ve to contact sender.
