How to Use
•Brush your teeth for two minutes. ideally using the Icy Bear Diamond Dust Whitening Toothpaste
•Make sure your teeth are dry and apply upper and lower teeth whitening strips to your teeth
•Allow the strips to remain in place for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 60 for best results
•Apply strips once a day for 14 days
