Title: PLT Stole My Money
I returned items to PLT on 3rd Oct, but the parcel has been stuck with Evri since 16th Oct. PLT refuses to refund me, claiming they haven’t received it, even though it’s clearly lost. PLT stole my money and refuses to take responsibility. This is unacceptable!
