This Mexican delicacy is a type of fungus/mushroom that grows on cobs of corn. Great as a filling for quesadillas, tamales and other tortilla based dishes as well as an ingredient in soups and stews.

Storage:

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate.
