Absolutely excellent customer service, had a slight problem with the photo i sent. They managed to do it though. They sent me 2 copies instead of throwing it away. Nothing is to much trouble will be ordering again

Photo quality and colour may vary slightly this is due to the ink and transfer process but still makes a lovely gift! There is a 1cm loss on the photo due to edging so it is advisable not to put facial features too close to the edge.
Photo quality will depend on the quality of the photo given. Higher the resolution the better quality photo.
