Here are 8 more uses for this amazingly versatile product:
1. Eat/Drink It - Mix 1 tbsp with a cup of water/herbal tea. (Apple Cider Vinegar is quite strong, and when taken straight can be harsh on the oesophagus, so you'll want to dilute it).
2. Relieve gas, bloating and heartburn.
3. Promote alkalinity.
4. Non-toxic cleaning spray - Mix 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar to 1 part water, and put in a spray bottle. Spray the solution on hard surface.
5. Haircare - Mix 1-2 tbsps in a glass of water, and rinse your hair with it at the end of your bath. Make sure to rinse it out well afterwards, or your hair might feel a little crunchy!
6. Skincare - Soak a washcloth/cotton pad in diluted Apple Cider Vinegar and apply it to your face. Or simply dab it right onto blemishes to dry them out and heal them.
7. Sunburn relief - dilute in water and pat on sore skin, or add a cupful to your bath.
8. Deodorant - Rub a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar in your underarms and it will absorb and minimize body odours. The vinegary smell dissipates once it dries.
