Really nice ring would fit a small thumb or middle finger without having to adjust however does adjust and can be made bigger. Really happy with it bought for my staff who picks skin around fingers a d has already helped with anxiety. Arrived quicker than expected probably about a week good quality

It fits my pinky, it was hard to adjust it so I didn’t pull it for fear of breaking it. Had it on a few hours, not sure if it will turn my finger green yet though. If you don’t see it on my hand in future videos then you know it went green!
