•If there is any information missing that is needed to complete your frame, we will try to make contact with you however if we don't receive a reply in time, your frame will be sent without the photos and/or name (if this is what we are missing). A refund will be made for any extras that have been paid ie photos/name.

•If you have chosen for us to put photos in your frame please send them by messaging us.

•If we don't receive your photos in time, we will send your frame 'without photos', and refund the extra you've paid to have them included.

•Please note that we may have to trim down the photos to fit. If the photo sent is low quality/resolution we may need to request another one.
