The delivery was fast. Unfortunately zip was broken. I was so excited to wear my jacket Monday morning and I find out the zip doesn’t work I am disappointed because I needed it in this cold weather so I Imight need To return it back Omg I just checked the jacket and I found it’s ******on right arm?

Received my coat this morning, it’s what it says really but I’m 5”4 and is not as long as I thought not down to my calf’s but just about but it’s ok for dog walking

Coat was delivered today and came with marks on the sleeve and a thread hanging off on the zip

Greetings I bought this coat I only wore it donce and I tried wearing it again today and the zip just broke.And even when I received it the zip was not properly zipping but I thought maybe is because is still new.i don't know can I send this one one back to be replaced maybe it was faulty.
