Excellent product my mistake was not to order the extra extension bars so I could reach my upstairs window, will be ordering them

Love mine had to but another pack ov extendable poles to reach my bedroom window an my house is only 2 stories

Great product just wish it would have reached further

Buy 2 extra sets of poles as i found i couldn't reach up stairs windows without them, apart from that i can't fault it

Long reach window cleaning kit is an excellent buy but i recommend buying 2 sets of extension poles as i was unable to reach upstairs windows, standard up/down stairs house, but when i connected them it was no problem, unlike other makes they don't bend as much so much better to use

Even though I bought extra extension poles was still a bit short

It’s a long pole but not that long to reach the top windows but it’s good to reach longer windows in height.
