Common Troubleshooting
The vacuum sealer not operating:
-
1. Check whether there is a power outage or whether the machine is properly plugged in.
2. Check the power cord, the plug, and the machine to see if there is any damage, and if there is, do not use it.
3. When vacuuming, Make sure that the detachable drip tank is in the vacuum machine (do not take it out), and check that the vacuum bag mouth is placed in the detachable drip tank, otherwise the machine cannot vacuum
insufficient air suction or failure of automatic heat sealing:
1.Whether open the lid without waiting for the green light off.
2. Check whether the lid is fully locked.
3. Check whether the bag is damaged and causes air leakage; whether the bag is correctly placed in the vacuum chamber; whether there are obstructions on the sealing sponge or the upper and lower welding bar. Make sure that the sealing sponge and welding bar are not deformed or damaged.
