Although towels are beautifully presented. I ordered 2 bales but only received one bale, I included photos of outer packaging and inner, to be told no refund, raised a dispute with tick tock and now they are requiring a photo of all sides of parcel, ridiculous as I had opened the parcel. Incompetent
