Issue with delivery- did not receive product despite message saying 'delivered' due to poor delivery. Seller refused refund twice and had to contact Tiktok customer services to sort out the issue. Disappointed with customer service of this seller.

Best item for anxiety I've purchased . The weighted blankets haven't worked but the sloth (sid) is amazing and far more convenient. I'm a 52 year old woman and I love it so I can only imagine how a anxious child would benefit from this cuddly weighted sloth . Super soft and comfy .
