So spicy! I love it. It’s not just heat though, there is a lovely subtle sweet fruity flavour, thanks to the blood orange in it.

My partner is a big fan of hot sauces and never finds any of the ones in supermarkets hot enough, I got him this for his birthday and he tried a small amount on a slice of cucumber. It was hot enough to briefly take away his ability to speak, worth every penny.

Flying Fox Super Hot Sauce. A very hot artisan sauce made with Carolina Reaper chillis and then flavoured with garlic and blood orange. Heat 5/5.
Goes great with: Bean burgers, hot dogs and mac n' cheese.
Fresh chilli and savoury garlic. Earthy and full bodied a strong foundation for all the heat.
Habaneros provide and instant kick and Carolina Reapers just keep on building beyond how far you'd probably like...
Fresh blood orange and garlic. Strong flavours to cut through the heat and make the experience enjoyable.
Ingredients: Cider Vinegar, Blood Orange Juice, Habanero, Bhut Jolokia (dried), Garlic, Sugar, Carolina Reaper chillies, Salt, Korean Chilli Flakes (Gochugaru), Olive Oil
