Absolutely love the cup but unfortunately on arrival the lid was damaged. I contacted the seller who assured me they would send out another one and to this day I still haven’t received it and my messages have been ignored. I had to search the internet and buy a lid so I could use the cup.

NEVER came with lid was told it would be sent with cups and it didn’t then was told it was sent out separately and it’s not come .. ordered another tumbler that was not sent out in time so was cancelled so mid and match review .. won’t be ordering again sorry x
