HOW CLAIM ON THE LIVE WORKS 

Host will show a style of clothing 

Host will try clothing style on 

Host will tell you: SIZE, COLOURS, MATERIAL & PRICE 

Host will count down 3,2,1 then ring the bell:

If you are interested and would like to buy the item being shown you can CLAIM….

HOW DO YOU CLAIM? 

Comment: CLAIM followed by your colour of choice. 

If your TT NAME is different to your address label name please write your name in your claim - 

EXAPLE - Claim Red Heather 

Submit your claim.

This will appear on the chat on the live screen. 

The Mod team will pin your claim on the screen to inform the host you would like to buy the item being shown. 

PLEASE NOTE MANY PEOPLE MAY BE CLAIMING FOR THE SAME ITEM AS YOU.

YOU WILL ALWAYS APPEAR AT THE TOP OF YOUR SCREEN.

HOWEVER WE USE ONE SCREEN FROM THE MODS TEAM, THEY WILL PIN CLAIMS IN ORDER AS THEY APPEAR ON THERE SCREEN. 

THIS MAKES THE CLAIM FAIR FOR EVERYONE 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CLAIM WAS SUCCESSFUL?

The host will call out your name once it has been pinned to the screen. 

Your name will be written on the item claimed 

Your item will then be put onto the CLAIM RAIL  

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CLAIM? 

You will be informed by the host to check out in LINK 1 - CLAIM ON LIVE LISTING 

This listing is all values of money eg £5, £10, £12 £18, £22 etc 

If your item cost £10.00, you add £10,00 to your basket. If you claimed 2 items at £10 you will add 2x£10 (NOT £20, please add them individually)

WE ALLOW YOU TO BULD A BASKET UP TO £22 OR VALUE OF CLAIMING YOUR VOUCHERS - 

By doing this you will receive FREE SHIPPING and use any VOUCHERS that you can claim. 

However if you want to check out straight away this is no problem. 

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE PAID? 

All orders will be printed on the live 

The host will read out the name on the order and match it with the name on the claim rail 

THIS IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT YOU HAVE GIVING YOUR CORRECT NAME, OTHERWISE THE HOST WONT BE ABLE TO MATH UP THE CLAIM 

Once the order is matched up it will be put onto another rail ready for packing. 

This system is very easy to follow, if you struggle at any point please just ask the host in the live and they will happily direct you. 

Please note there maybe times when you are unsuccessful and your choice of colour or style may have sold out before getting to you claim. Please understand this is done fairly.
