My only complaint is it doesn’t come with instructions and having arthritis in my hands struggled to take backing paper off ! On day 1 so hopefully they work and help with some pain relief

They smell amazing, could feel a warming sensation as soon as applied, I’ve not noticed a difference with the pain, but as my pain is due to arthritis, I’m not sure they will work, but can definitely feel a heating sensation

I've only used it once it took me longer to find them after they fell off whilst i was asleep. Not very sticky as were i touched them it took all the stickiness off.
