I ordered 4 pairs of shorts and only recieved 3 pairs and got charged for 4 pairs. I put in a refund for missing pair and was told to return them for a refund. How can I return the pair I never recieved. I'm happy with the fit and quality of the shorts just dissatisfied with a pair being missing.
