As I am typing I am having an issue !! It doesn’t seem to be connecting and pairing on Bluetooth on my iPhone 14 . Am I doing something wrong or is it an issue ?

I've connected it per the instructions and the the lights are on, but there's no sound or it doesn't react to my voice in my camera app. What else can I do?

This is the worst hype I have ever seen on TikTok, Awful sound, it doesn’t come out at all, I saw so many hypes and thought of following the bandwagon but it was - bad experience for me.. sound doesn’t come out, phone recorder clearly.. I regret purchasing this.
