•Q1:Why is there no sound from the earphones wireless? Or why is the concert disconnected?
1.Please check the mobile phone network is normally work, the network speed is not slow, and the music is being loaded.
2.Please check whether your phone is connected to two audio devices at the same time. Press and hold the multifunction key twice to exit the connection.
3.The distance of Bluetoth is 10m, please make sure there are no obstacles. Besides, the phone needs to be close to the headset.
4.If the surrounding environment is interfered or the magnetic field is too strong, Bluetoth signal transmission will be affected.
5.Open the interface of the phone's Bluetoth, click on contact pairing, delete the pairing record, search for Bluetoth, and pair again.

•Q2:Why can't charge the charging compartment?
1.Please tear off the insulating film on the charging contacts of the headset before charging the wireless headset for the first time.
2.Make sure that the charging cable or mobile phone charger is in good condition and connected properly.
3.Poor contact is possible. Use your fingers to press the left and right earphones, and fully connect the charging contacts of the left and right earphones to the charging case.
4.After using a period of time, the earbuds don't charge or even can't turn on because of oxidized magnet connector, you can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.
5.Please wipe off the sweat and put it back in the charging box for charging. After exercise, sweat can easily enter the charging port of the ear buds, the earphone will easily electrolyze when charging, which makes it s difficult to charge the earbuds.

Reset the headset firstly, restart the phone, delete the connection history, search and then pair again.
If it still doesn’t work, follow these steps:
1.Take out two headphones from the charging compartment, press and hold the multifunction button for 4 seconds to close them.
2.Press and hold the multifunction keys of the two headphones for 5 seconds until the red and green lights flash alternately and then release.
3.Wait for 3-5 seconds, the headset will automatically connect. When the red and green lights of one of the earphones flash alternately slowly, it means that the two earphones are paired successfully, and are requesting pairing with the mobile phone.
4.Delete the previous pairing records on the phone first, check and then re-pair.
