The connecters are faulty, I used in the car after 5 mins there was a smell of burning and then a lot of smoke appeared from the device, it is bloody dangerous.

Don't clamp tight to the phone my Samsung s23 don't fit as phones to big and if I fitted to my car my phone would fall out it would fit fine if you had a thin phone
