This item is dead. States that it works for 2017 c class on the TikTok description but it doesn’t. Then when I scanned the QR Code on the manual it says it doesn’t support my car. Do not buy

Worked in 2021 Citroen Dispatch Van. After installation I had to switch van off and start again to work but since then perfect.

Plug and play on my 2020 Mondeo. I’m impressed

Don’t buy this, if you are already annoyed with the car apply being on a wire this will make u loss ur mind, it may work for some people I think depending on the car software but on mines. It literally just freezes but not even that there are soooo many other things wrong with it ANNOYING.

It either connects just for calls or shows a phone not responding message. It worked for the first 2 uses but since then it's been useless

Really good product and it works as it should, would really recommend Update: this product only lasted a few months and now it doesn’t work as good as it was, every now and then the connection is very weak making the system sound quite bad

Was sceptical if this would actually work for my car but it works and is so quick and easy to set up

Received my item, does not work and not has easy has it says it is has I can’t even pair mine up nor can I get onto the products WiFi has the pin that comes with it does not work.

I have five cars and a van, none of which have worked. I don't recommend it to anyone.
