The product is good quality and printed on good, firm card. Other reviews mention “nicely packaged product” but ours arrived in a plastic bag then in a cardboard envelope? Also, there is no pen - I assumed from the ad photo that a pen was included. Now have to go hunt down the right pen…

My kids absolutely love these! I put them on my dining table and before I'd even had my morning coffee both my 3&4yo had gone and independently started using them. They love the shapes and my 4yo loves writing the letters of his name.
