The shaker is a life saver works well, nice chocolate taste but only when mixed with milk, I tried it with water and it was disgusting but with milk it’s pretty much a milkshake so nice

seriously good flavour would 100% recommend. Disappointed that it’s only 17g of protein. it’s weird that they don’t advertise that clearly. the bag is 1.3kg
