I have used other collagen products before, they have had a smell and taste, this one has no taste or smell so you can put it in anything. Have recommended to all my family, am using myself and haven't seen any drastic changes but everyone is different. The magnesium does tend to help relax.

I have been taking these now for just over a month.
I have felt the difference.
I have fibromyalgia and I am able to get out of bed easier, less pain and stiffness, legs muscles feel stronger, anxiety has reduced. I sleep better.

I have to say I do love this bundle and will be purchasing again, too early to say a lot but my nails are growing super fast compared to before and my skin definitely has a nice glow since taking the collagen. I’ll be post a video in due course, actually I’m planning to do a number of videos.

Been using the collagen for over a year now and love it.i have Botox every few months but I can 100% say that having this every day makes my Botox last longer.my skin feels so soft and makes me look fresher.ill never stop using it.i take the magnesium at night and it's definitely improved my sleep
