Never received order, the response time is horrendous. The order was delivered to another address, I checked everything on my half and id put everything correct. The postcode I used wouldn’t let me check the evidence of delivery, seller managed to send me one and it looked nothing like my house.

Ordered weight lifting gym straps but received an indoor single fitness pole? I was contacted by the company who gifted me the pull up bar as a way of compensation for their error. Who informed me they would send me the straps for free. I was very grateful.
