Returns - If the product has been opened and the security hygiene tags removed/tampered with you will not be able to refund/exchange.
If sending back for a refund and the box has not been opened it MUST be sent back to us in the original packaging including the protective cardboard box it is sent in as this insures the hairpiece gets back to us with no damage of the hair extension box/security tags - If not sent in this box and all in the original packaging you will not be refunded.
If you are ordering multiple shades to find the best match you must order them separately and pay 2 postage fee's to ensure they are boxed up and sent separately. If multiple shades are ordered in 1 order transaction the hairpieces will be put in the same box and once opened and security tags are off you will not be able to return the colours that do not suit
