When the package arrived, it had leaked all over so the delivery man said “we will send you a new one out” so will I get a new one or do I need to get a refund and order it again?x

Ordered 2 of these they got sent to my address and delivery guy left them on door step and its my fault i was at work and they got took off my door step and they refuse to replace the items even though i didnt say leave them on door step so yeah refuse to send more out 👍
