The cakes were delivered on Friday morning and ate this one on Monday night. Sponge was still really moist. Perfect combination of sponge, jam and buttercream. A great idea to have it in a cup. These cakes would make perfect presents. They were packaged so well and in gorgeous pink wrapping.

Product was very tasty and moist, plenty of cake in these cups and they are all beautifully presented and packages. I love the story of how cake and cup came about.
Debbie is a wonderful lady works very hard and produces amazing quality cakes.
