This is super good quality and it's definitely not a cheap, flimsy one. It's really firm and keeps its shape really well. I ended up buying another one.

My son's 24, autistic, has fibromyalgia & sciatica so he's in a lot of pain. I bought a v shaped pillow from Amazon but within 2 weeks, the insides had clumped together. But this 1 is perfect, it's firm, comfortable & it helps him a lot. I'm buying 1 for myself now lol. We definitely recommend it.
